The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is a professional association of more than 40,000 chemical engineers in 93 countries. AIChE is a non-profit scientific, educational and charitable organization. The Abu Dhabi Club of the AIChE is the first local section in the UAE. Founded on May 2008, The vision of the Abu Dhabi Club of AIChE is to promote the advancement of the science of Chemical Engineering and encouragement of scientific research in the UAE.

Groups of four students from different Chemical Engineering Departments in the UAE will compete in a friendly atmosphere by answering questions and solving short problems in Chemical engineering topics including Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics, Mass Transfer, Heat Transfer and Kinetics. Last year’s winner was the group from American University in Sharjah. Good luck to all the students.
